So dont get me wrong Roo was great every step of the way unfortunately it was the pallet I bought that kinda upset me I bought an pallet to resell product unfortunately half the box which happen to be bottom was food which I can’t resell food even now with Covid and stuff it’s just not possible then maybe 10% of pallet was either broken or just empty packages I get that they don’t show you bottom of pallets but I’d think return foods shouldn’t be a part of them where 25 % of pallet was good products 10%broken or empty and rest was decent product but unfortunately just no way to make back what I paid and again Roo was great but the pallet was a for sure 5/10 which has lead us to not try again i am out 900$ now and have to figure a way to make back what I’m lost another way reason I’m giving 4 start is because of Roo not the pallet
