Flooring installation:
Removal and haul away of existing quarter round
Install Bellaire Hawthorne Gray LVP throughout kitchen, hallway, and bathroom
Undercut door jambs and install flooring underneath jambs
Install shoe molding in areas where existing baseboard exists
Caulk around shoe molding and cover nail holes
Install universal transition strips in doorway of bedrooms, living room, and kitchen entry door
Bathroom:
Remove toilet
Replace subfloor with new 3/8” plywood subfloor
Set new toilet and flange
